You already know that women deal with more stress than men around the holidays. With gift buying, sending cards, and planning events, then add in ADHD symptoms of executive function issues, time blindness, impulsivity, and emotional regulation!!
Stress and anxiety are out of this world!
I am so tired of seeing women (including myself) try to do it all, people please everyone, all while trying to make the holidays magical for everyone but themselves.
Having it all DOES NOT EQUAL doing it all because we will end up running ourselves into the ground.
I’ll admit, I have been here myself.
Don't even get me started on social media! It just makes things worse with a million things to buy, everyone else doing it all effortlessly, and always yet another idea of what you could be doing to make the holidays even more magical.
Very quickly I learned
“If everything is important then nothing is important”
but setting priorities as someone with ADHD is hard because we get excited about a lot of things. Getting excited is a good thing! We just need to learn how to work with our brains.
“Her deep knowledge and compassionate teaching
style not only made the concepts accessible but also incredibly inspiring.
I left feeling empowered
and equipped with tools to create positive changes, truly a testament to the power of her
teaching and gifts."
-Kate

Lets make this a season of self-care...
Who am I?
I was a leader and coach in the corporate world for almost 10 years with over 5000 hours of coaching experience. I also worked in the project management world, breaking up a large amount of tasks into small actionable bites to make a huge change. With a Project Management certification and halfway through my master’s degree in project management, I left the corporate world to make a bigger difference. That’s when I became certified to teach manifestation, became a professional organizing coach for women with ADHD, AND have my podcast Organizing an ADHD Brain.
I am obsessed with my family.
I am always looking for ways to live a better life with them and I have embraced that it takes filling up my cup first so that I can show up the best way for them and I’m passionate about teaching others to do the same.
I believe that women should beleive in themselves as they are now. Not who they could be and not based on who they were before. So allow me to give you the gift of beliving in yourself. When my life is organized with less to distract me, I am able to fill up with so much more.
